Questions about the price

What counts as a property?

A property is a building or site you hold fire safety records against — one address, one set of risk assessments, doors and equipment. The licence covers 50 of them, and unlimited users, doors, defects and records within those. A landlord with 50 blocks and a landlord with five each pay the same until the property count moves.

What happens when we take on more properties?

Properties beyond the included 50 are £125 each per year. You can add them at any point in the year and the charge is pro-rata to your renewal date, so taking on a block in month nine does not cost a full year for three months of use.

Is it per user?

No. Users are unlimited on every licence. Fire safety records are only worth keeping if everyone who touches a building can log what they found, and charging per head is the fastest way to end up with one shared login and no audit trail.

Is VAT included?

No — prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate at checkout.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Card is the default at checkout because it is the fastest route to being live the same day. If your finance process needs an invoice or a PO reference, get in touch before you buy and we will raise one.

What happens at renewal?

The licence renews annually at the price in force when you renew, and we write to you before that date with the figure. Cancel automatic renewal any time before it and you will not be charged again — fees already paid for the current term are not refunded, which is set out in full in the refund policy.

Do we lose our records if we stop paying?

Your records stay yours. Export them at any time while the licence is active — risk assessments, door registers, defect history and their evidence — and we would encourage doing that before a licence lapses rather than after.
